Last updated: May 12, 2026 Welcome to Rastro. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Rastro app, provided by Sothen Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informacao Ltda. (Brazilian company, CNPJ 47.585.487/0001-85). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rastro, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. 1. About Rastro Rastro is a habit and daily routine tracking app, available for iOS and Android. Its features include creating and managing routines, recording daily and retroactive check-ins, a consistency heatmap, statistics by period, streak tracking, and push notification reminders. Rastro is a tool to support self-knowledge and habit building. It does not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, or any other professional guidance. 2. Registration and Account Access is exclusively through Google and Apple sign-in. There is no email/password registration. You are responsible for keeping your provider account secure. Rastro is intended for people aged 13 and over. Each user must keep a single account. 3. Plans and Subscription Free Plan: up to 2 routines, at no cost, with all core features. Premium Plan: unlimited routines. Prices: R$ 7.99/month (Brazil), US$ 7.99/month (USA), EUR 7.99/month (Europe). Processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Automatic monthly renewal. Cancellation through your device's store. After cancellation, premium access remains until the end of the paid cycle. 4. Permitted Use You agree to use Rastro only for personal and lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: reverse engineering, accessing restricted areas, using bots, circumventing security or billing mechanisms, reselling the app, or posting offensive content. Violations may result in account suspension. 5. Intellectual Property All Rastro content is the exclusive property of Sothen. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App under these Terms. 6. User Content Your routines and data remain yours. You grant Sothen a limited license to store, process, and display this data to operate the App. 7. Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Push notifications depend on third-party infrastructure. 8. Limitation of Liability Sothen is not liable for indirect damages, third-party failures, or personal decisions based on the App. Consumer rights under applicable consumer protection law are preserved. 9. Changes These Terms may be changed periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement. 10. Termination You may close your account at any time. Sothen may suspend accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Venue: the consumer's place of residence.
